In this issue, we address the subject of operations management, which ensures the continuity of public transport services in the field. We examine how daily operations are managed following the planning phase, the challenges faced by operations teams, and the impact of successful operations on cities and passengers. Additionally, we evaluate how the entire process—from planning to daily operations—can be managed via a single platform, using Cermoni as a case study.
